Need help with an account, a connection or something on the map?

Report a problem

Include your public commander name, browser, device, approximate time and what happened. For a match issue, include the room code if available. A screenshot can help, but remove private information first.

Never send passwords, recovery codes, Google authorization codes or payment card information. Support does not need them to investigate a problem.

Account and privacy requests

Contact the same address for access, correction or deletion requests. We may ask you to demonstrate control of the affected player account to prevent someone else changing or deleting it. An automated account deletion button is not currently available.
